What Brand of shirts do we use?
We strive to use the best and most comfortable shirts available wholesale to us in the shop! Some of the brands that we work with include: Bella & Canvas, Gildan, Jerzees, Sublivie, Next Level, Always Blanks, and Laughing Giraffe.
Because we are now located on the island of Guam, our wholesale selection is limited. If you're curious on what brand of shirt you will be receiving, please contact me or read the details under the item description.
Sizing?
All of our t-shirts are UNISEX fit. I suggest sticking with your normal size however if you would like a more fitted tee, then size down.
If we should provide sweatshirts in our shop, they will also be UNISEX FIT.
Our tank tops are women's fitted. Depending on the brand, I highly suggest SIZING UP for a more loose and comfortable feel. A more detailed description of sizing will be written in the items description.
Youth sizes are typically as follows:
Small 6-8
Medium 10-12
Large 14-16

I'm interested in a large bulk order, how do I order?
If you are interested in placing a large or bulk order (6+), specifically custom then I ask that you please email me prior to placing your order at ohmyjeezdesigns@gmail.com and we will go from there.
What kind of t-shirt designs / prints do you provide in your shop?
Currently we are only working with SUBLIMATION printing. Sublimation printing is the process of ink being dyed directly onto the shirt fibers for a more permanent design and smooth finish. Unlike HTV there will be no peeling or cracking of the design on your shirt. With sublimation printing we cannot create designs using white ink and we are limited with the shirts to use with sublimation printing. We cannot use dark colored or black shirts and shirts that are 100% cotton or have a large % of cotton. Sublimation printing allows us to only use high % of polyester blend shirts to make a brighter and bolder design image on the shirt. The higher the poly count, the bolder the design.
Some tees that I may provide in the shop will be a 50/50 blend of cotton and poly. With this blend, the image has a more 'vintage' look and will look more worn and vintage on the tshirt.
Although sublimation is an amazing way of creating designs onto products, it does come with some limitations. I can not guarantee color matching with designs due to the printing and heat transfer processing.
*We are also providing some Direct To Film (DTF Transfer) printing products for large / bulk orders and predesigned product ONLY.

I found a pre-designed tee that I love but I want it on a different color tee then what you provide, how can I do that?
Currently our t-shirt color and stock is limited. What is available is available. If you are interested in something different, please contact me.
I really want a custom shirt, can you make this?
Custom options are always available but your choices for shirt color / size is very limited to what I have available in my inventory. I will no longer be making separate shirt purchases for custom orders (unless large bulk orders).
I also ask that the design you would like for your custom be (purchased by you via etsy or etc. BEFORE HAND) provided by you and emailed to me. I will no longer be working as a designer and creating new/one of a kind designs for customs.
If you are needing help in finding or purchasing a premade custom design, there will be an extra design fee of $5 added to your order.

You added Tumblers to your shop, can I get one custom made?
Contact me to place a custom tumbler order.
Custom made tumblers will only be available when I have inventory. A design png / svg must be emailed to me before completing your order. An additional design charge of $5 will be made depending on custom.

Do you gift wrap?
Please write in the NOTES BOX or contact me if you are interested in gift wrapping for your order. I can provide a very simple gift wrap to your order before shipping.
When will my order ship?
All orders are handmade and made to order. Shipping is available by product and will be available on a case by case bases. View your order confirmation and tracking number for more details.
Local delivery / Local pick up will be available.
Delivery is only available for those living on Naval Base Guam.
Local Pickup on Naval Base Guam at OMJ 33 Magellan. If you are unable to get to NBG or through the base gate, another option is meeting outside NBG at Infusion Coffee. Confirmation of this can be made via email or social media messaging.
Currently shipping is not available for OMJ products on the website. As OMJ grows here in our new home, I will eventually bring shipping to the states back to the shop!
Shipping may be available for customs on a case by case bases. Contact me to learn more.
*OMJ is not responsible for any delays that may occur with the postal system. If your item is delayed or becomes lost in the mail, please contact me and we will go from there.
How do I track my order?
Please check your order confirmation email for a tracking number. If you do not receive an email, contact me via email, here or on social media.
OMJ is not responsible for any delays, damage or missing items within the postal system (once it leaves OMJ and is in the post office hands). If there is a problem, please contact me directly and we will work something out.
What is OMJ's return policy?
We do not accept returns however please contact me via email with any concerns with your order and I will be happy to work something out with you!
What is the best way to care / wash my shirt?
To care for your shirt, it is best to wash your shirt inside out in cold water and hang dry or tumble low heat. Do not iron directly on the design. OMJ is not responsible for any damage your shirt receives from your washer or dryer.
Totes/Bags: It is best to hand wash or Wash in cold water and hang dry. Do not iron directly on the design.
Tumblers are handwash only.
Do you offer a Military Discount?
Currently we do not offer a military discount. All of our products are marked at a low and reasonable cost for a small business and we work really hard to bring great quality to our customers!
Sales and Discounts will be provided randomly throughout the year. Pay attention to our social media, emails, and website for any discounts that are happening!
