When are you open and accepting new orders?

Our website is open 24-7! *Unless closed for maintenance or on vacation! 

Our Active Business Hours are MONDAY - FRIDAY 8AM - 5PM

For product and order Inquires, PLACING A CUSTOM ORDER or questions on products, you can reach us (during business hours) on our email or through direct messaging on Facebook and Instagram.  Our main social media page is our Instagram account; @shop.ohmyjeez. 

We will no longer be taking custom orders, or answering emails and messages on Saturdays and Sundays. We will return your message and complete your DM order during weekday business hours. 

What Brand of shirts do we use? 

We strive to use the best and most comfortable shirts available wholesale to us in the shop! Some of the brands that we work with include: Bella & Canvas, Gildan, Jerzees, Sublivie, Next Level, Always Blanks, Simpli Blanks and Laughing Giraffe. 

Because we are now located on the island of Guam, our wholesale selection is limited. If you're curious on what brand of shirt you will be receiving, or have a request, please contact us. 

Sizing?

All of our shirt options provided in the shop are UNISEX fit. If we should provide shirts that are otherwise (women's cut etc.) then it will be stated in the product listing. 

Most of our tank tops options provided in the shop are women's fit. Depending on the brand, I highly suggest SIZING UP for a more loose and comfortable feel. A more detailed description of sizing will be written in the items description. 

Youth unisex fit sizes are typically as follows:
Small 6-8
Medium 10-12
Large 14-16

I'm interested in a large bulk order, how do I order? 

If you are interested in placing a large or bulk order (6+), specifically custom then I ask that you please contact us directly to place your order. 

Bulk order pricing differs. Interested in pricing options for a large order, contact us directly. 

What kind of t-shirt designs / prints do you provide in your shop? 

We offer both sublimation and DTF printing in shop.

Sublimation printing is the process of ink being dyed directly onto the shirt fibers for a more permanent design and smooth finish. Unlike HTV there will be no peeling or cracking of the design on your shirt. With sublimation printing we cannot create designs using white ink and we are limited with the shirts to use with sublimation printing. We cannot use dark colored or black shirts and shirts that are 100% cotton or have a large % of cotton. Sublimation printing allows us to only use high % of polyester blend shirts to make a brighter and bolder design image on the shirt. The higher the poly count, the bolder the design. 

DTF, or Direct-to-Film printing, is a method of printing designs onto a film which is then transferred onto the garment using a heat press. This technique offers vibrant colors, intricate designs, and versatility across different fabric types. DTF prints are known for their durability and vibrant colors!

I found a pre-designed tee that I love but I want it on a different color tee then what you provide, how can I do that? 

Currently our t-shirt stock is limited. We keep a low amount of stock in inventory as we are MOSTLY a 'MADE TO ORDER' business. What is available is available. If you are interested in something different or would like to place a preorder, please contact us directly and we can give you a price and time frame estimate on when and if this option is available for you. 

I saw a product on your socials awhile ago but I can't find it to purchase now. Can I still order it? 

If you're interested in ordering a past product that is not currently being actively offered through our website, please contact us with a screen shot of the product and we will happily work with you to complete your order! 

I really want a custom product, how can I see what you make and place my order? 

Custom options are available!  Please check out our CUSTOM PAGE for more information on how to place your custom order and what we can provide. 

Do you gift wrap? 

We do not do gift wrapping. However please contact us directly or add it to your NOTES BOX if your order is a gift and we will make sure to package it with more love and care* and perhaps a personal note from you! 

Do you Ship? When will my order ship? How Do I track my order? 

All orders are handmade and made to order. Turn around time from pre-designed product ranges from 1-2.5 weeks. Shipping is available to the states with added shipping charge.  View your order confirmation and tracking number for more details. More info on shipping can be found on our Shipping Page. 

Please check your order confirmation email for a tracking number. Or a tracking number will be given to you if you're ordering through direct messaging. 

Is Local delivery and pick up an option? 

Local and Personal Delivery option is only available with an added $5 delivery fee. This can be added through the website, at checkout (choose local delivery option) or it can be an additional cost added to your custom order total when confirming order through direct messages.

Local Pickup is on Naval Base Guam at OMJ headquarters, North Tip Housing, 33 Magellan Ave Santa Rita, Guam. Expect your order to be available for pickup inside our porch pickup bin. Your order will be labeled with your order name / confirmation. Any questions on pickup, contact us directly. 

If you are unable to get base access onto Naval Base Guam and through the base gate, contact us directly to schedule a time for pickup outside of the gate at Infusion Coffee,  Sumay. 

What is OMJ's return policy? 

We do not accept returns however please contact us directly with any and all concerns with your order and we will be more than happy to make it right. 

What is the best way to care for and wash my shirt? 

It is best to wash your shirt inside out in cold water and hang dry or tumble low heat. Do not iron directly on the design. OMJ is not responsible for any damage your shirt receives from your own washer or dryer. 

All cup and tumbler products should be hand washed to maintain their vibrant color. Sublimation ink may fade in your dishwasher. 

Glass cup bamboo lids should be hand washed (never soaked) and left out to air dry or immediately pat dry to remove all moisture and avoid molding. 

Do you offer a Military Discount? 

We are a military family ourselves and know how important it is to provide quality product and great prices to our fellow military families. We however do not offer a military discount. All of our products are marked at a low and reasonable cost for a small business and we work really hard to bring great quality to our customers! 

Sales and Discounts will be provided randomly throughout the year. Pay attention to our social media, emails, and website for any discounts that may be happening!
