We only accept and respond to email / direct messages for custom orders during active business hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
Customs are based on inventory availability and time. To make sure I am able to take your order and keep track of inventory, you must contact me directly to complete your custom order. *Make sure to pay attention to your notifications to stay in touch with us during the ordering process. Communication is essential when creating your custom product.
Single and small custom shirt orders will only be taken if we have the available inventory. Large and bulk orders of 15 shirts or more (if not available in our inventory) can be taken and shirts will be ordered after payment. *See turn around times for more details on these orders.
Our business re-stocks shirt inventory and places large shirt orders about once a month. We may suggest you waiting to place your single or small custom order during that time frame! This will be discussed when placing your order!
Custom designs (images, png, svg) must be emailed to me to complete your order. We do not create designs from scratch. We are not a graphic designing business. A complete design must be provided. OR a full screen grab of a design, a reference photo or design image. We can also, provide guidance on finding or purchasing a design and we can do minimal editing on a design. An additional charge of $5-$20 will be added to your order for customs that require any amount of editing or design customization.
WE WILL PRINT your design AS GIVEN TO US. PLEASE make sure it is of good quality and how you want it.
Once your custom order is verbally confirmed, payment MUST be received and processed before any work can be made. Payment options include: Navy Federal transfer, PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay or a QuickBooks Invoice payment to use card sent via email.
If you require an official invoice or receipt, this will be sent through email.
If your order needs to be complete at a certain time or you have a 'need by' date that is earlier than our usual turn around time, an extra $5 expedited order charge will be added to your order total.
Custom Prices are as follows and are subject to change according to customers needs, order and time:
- Custom 20oz Tumblers start at $25
- Custom 18oz Tumbler Water Bottle $25
- Custom Kids 16oz Tumbler starts at $25
- Custom Wine Tumblers start at $20
- Custom 18oz Glass Cups start at $15
- Custom Mugs start at $15
- Custom Tees and Tanks (all sizes) start at $25
- Custom Sweatshirts (all sizes) start at $35
- Custom Laser Engraved Product Costs will be individually priced with Customer. Message to order.
- All other custom products will be priced with order confirmation! Have a question on if we make it? Ask!
Bulk Custom Orders will be provided with a different cost estimate depending on the many factors in completing your order. The more you order, the lower the price we can provide for you. To get an order estimate, contact us and we can go from there. Bulk orders will be handled via Mr. OMJ over direct messaging or email and invoiced for payment.
Turn around time for customs is based on order details and how busy we are. Customs turn around is estimated to be 1-2 weeks. Bulk custom orders is estimated to be 2-5 weeks. Turn around time will be confirmed before finalizing your order and communication will remain open during your turn around time.
We do not print on provided items / product. We will provided the appropriate product that is wanted for your order.
Shipping for customs will be available on a case to case bases and will be discussed before finalizing the order. Shipping off Guam will be USPS Priority Shipping and an additional charge will be added to the order total.
